What ,if any, herbal remedies help you slim??
Question: looking for a herbal remedy that would help me slim. would like reductil,but my doctor wont supply
Answers: eating lots of fibre with every meal
eating more beans (not the yellow or green)
legumes
whole grains
not only will they help with weight they will also lower blood fats
to speed up your system
eat some thing small every two hours while awake and nothing 2 hours before bed
and drink lots of green tea
or green tea supplements but the real stuff is best
to get the best quality go to a oriental grocery store.
Green teas range in flavor
ask them to help you pick out one tell them if you like a strong tasting tea or a mild one
Japanese teas area stronger tasting and the Chinese are milder (most of the time)
take fiber. it helps flush your system faster. also go to whole foods and talk to the employees that work in the vitamin department. they know lots of cool stuff!
have a lambert instead of a mars bar
You won't get any support from your doctor when it comes to herbs. My best friends wife took LingZhi for 2 months and lost 33 lbs. Kelp is another one.

4. also use a good colon cleanse like Dr Schulze's intestinal cleanse one and tow (herbdoc.com) and go on a long juice fast (I did a 30 day one and for the only time in my life did not gain the weight back in a yo-yo effect. Drink only fresh juiced fruits and veggies made in a juicer, herb teas, and potassium broths. Combine it with olive leaf extract and PB-8 (the PB-8 can help to flatten the tummy) to eliminate any cravings when you stop the hoodia. You have to take them while you take the hoodia to give it enough time to kick in...at least a month or two.

Drink loads of green tea, if you can't stand the taste then go for the tablet form (Boots sell them) It makes you burn MORE calories than drinking other kinds of tea. Do a search on the web for green tea and slimming and you'll be hooked.........I'm off to pop the kettle on.....Good luck x
I think you should go to your local health shops, I was recently told theres a herb that's a natural appetite supreesant but cannot remember the name, I think if it's a god health sop, they'll know.
