Whats some good herbs for nerves??

Thank You
Answers: Chamomile is great for this and if you drink it 20 mins, prior to bed, I highly recommend. Catnip can be bought in the produce section of the grocery store and it's great too. I would recommend that you take a walk after supper (dinner) and purchase Lavender buds, place then in a handkerchief tied with a ribbon and place by your bedside. Not only does this help you sleep, it distresses your system and helps you to have better though enlightenment, which can keep us from resting peacefully. Your dreams will be better too. Burning a vanilla candle around the eating area can distress you and the ones around you and really set a better mood, plus it kills off cooking odors as a bonus.
My father passed and I suddenly had all this extra time and energy and didn't know what to do with myself. My thoughts were scattered and I could not focus on any one thing. My friend owns www.dandesoap.com and she carries all these items and was a great help to me when this came about. Tell her I sent you and my condolences on losing your mom. These herbs will help you to remember the better times you had with her before her illness and that in itself is the best medicine. It'll help coming to terms if you are dealing with that issue too. Best to you sweetie, so sorry, but no suffering, Hu?.
Valerian is amazing for sleeping problems and for nervous temperments. They've got it at the Walgreens where I live. Chamomile is good. lavender (aromatherapy only.) Homeopathics can probably help you too. Check out a local herbalist or natural food store.
I am sorry for the loss of your mother. May she rest in peace.
Try kava kava (if available where you live). Also valerian root but it will make you sleepy. My aunt is a very nervous flyer and when she gets on a plane she takes both of those together. 10 minutes later she goes out like a light. Good luck; I hope you feel better soon.
Camomile. Don't drink too much you will get an upset stomach
