Has anyone ever tried............??

Question: datura, brungmansia, or belladonna. not for health reasons but for recreation use
Answers: Belladonna is a deadly poison. Swallowing just 1/10 of a grain can induce symptoms of poisoning.

Datura, also known as Devil's Trumpet, is also highly poisonous. Poisonous Part:
Flowers, leaves, seeds.
Symptoms:
Hallucinations, dry mouth, muscle weakness, increased blood pressure and pulse, fever, dilated pupils, paralysis.

Brugmansia is in the same genus as Datura. It gives the same symptoms.

So, if you're thinking of doing something stupid and trying to get a buzz of of these, don't. I know kids who died from smoking milkweed pods. Dumb teenage crap, to be sure, but they are dead at any rate by their own stupidity.
i've tried datura. made my stomach hurt, no fun. liked morningglory seeds though.
Just an aside about DATURA, you can read about the Native Grandmother Goddess (goddess is my term) associated with Datura in the link below. I have never tried it but I believe it is a gift from the herb world that should be handled with wisdom and care.
