When i go to bed my nose is stopped up so i have to breath threw my mouth, i really do hate that.??
Answers: If you breathe pretty well until you lie down, you might think about dust mites in your bedding. I think allergists say that by the time a pillow is 2 years old nearly half its weight is dust mite and dust mite feces.
I found that putting anti-allergy covers on my son's pillows, mattress and box spring really helped as did using a HEPA filter in the room.
You could go to the store and possibly buy nasal strips to clear your nasal passages....
cocaine--just kidding.
Suck water up your nose and blow all the snot out. It works for me!
First you need to check with your doctor to determine whether your nose and septum are deformed in any way. This is the most frequent cause of difficult breathing and most people prefer to leave the septum in this manner instead of having surgery to correct the problem. Many people I have spoken to also have saud that even after the surgery, the scar tissue that develops now becomes a new obstruction to the nasal passage and guess what! After that expensive surgery you are no better off than before. Sorry for the bad news but in this life we are sometimes better off living with small difficulties rather than seeking physiological corrections.
I would suggest an air purifier at night when you sleep...it's probably allergies.
See the doc to make sure you are Ok. Sometimes there are prescriptio nasal sprays to help, but, you may have a deforimity that might require surgery.
The Breath-right strips work for me.also try Nasal Saline Spray
