What massage is best for anxiety disorder??

Question: Im doing Cognitive Bevhavioral Therapy but i want something that will relieve my stress thus making it easier for me to get through this horrible time and ive read that massage can be very benificial when it comes to anxiety and stress
Answers: Massage is an awesome stress reliever. Just a basic Swedish relaxation massage is the best for you instead of Deep Tissue or Acupressure. Too bad you don't live by me. You could be my client...I know how bad anxiety and stress can be. It's terrible.

You can also try meditation audio tapes. Also, keep yourself busy. Sitting in the house makes matters worse. Yoga is great too!
vibration.
Look in your phone book for a massage company that sends one of their massage therapists to your home. A home massage gets you comfortable in familiar surroundings. You'll be more comfortable and at ease. Talk to the messuse. Tell them what you've been experiencing. They'll probably understand and know what to do. It's in their training. During the massage, clear your mind. Let go and just breathe.
entire body massage from head to toe
i agree, with who ever told you that. when i am stressed to the max, a back massage and neck massage do me wonders. deep tissue using oils are fantastic. when my muscles are sore i like a hot stone massage. good luck
try some coca tea for the anxiety, it is very relaxing and it is not addictive, you can drink it hot or cold with a bit of splenda because it has a grassy flavor .
