Without taking medicine what is a good sleep aide??


Answers: I find that Lavender helps. I put a few lavender oil drops on my pillow or on a handkerchief. I find the smell really relaxing and am soon asleep.

I also love nothing more than a lovely fresh clean bed to climb into. Sometimes you can get linen sprays that smell good too.

I also agree with the other answers of warm milk and a bath close to bed time.

Try and avoid watching tv right before bed as it stimulates the mind too much. And don't drink caffeinated drinks after 4pm each day.

Exercising a few hours regularly before bed. Changing sleeping habits. Showering before bed. A better mattress. and herbal teas. Oh, Meditation too

To help fall asleep you need a nice warm (not hot) bath and some warm milk... if that is unavailable, try talking to my soon to be ex-husband... it's foolproof. want his number???

A cool, dark place. You should not be able to see you hand in front of your face.
You should go to sleep at the same time and get up at the same time everyday. This helps your carcadium rhythm. If you stay up late you should still get up at the same time.
Deep breathing and relaxation works really well especially when you get good at it, it'll help you fall asleep quick when you are travelling and away from your own be.

Taking slow deep breaths is a good way to meditate your self to sleep. Make sure your chest rises while inhaling and you abdomen gets pulled in while exhaling. Think relaxing thought. If that doesn't help sex or masturbation helps you reach the same relaxation level that meditation will.
