If you are tired but cant sleep??
Question: Is chloroform a good thing to help you?
Answers: Soak in a hot bath, and try not to stress about life or work.
Chloroform is not a good idea, as it renders you unconcious.
'Unconcious' and 'Asleep' are not the same thing!!!
Don't know about chloroform, but it sounds kind of dangerous. Try making a good routine, darkening the room, using a sound machine, and wiping your mind.
no...try sex.
No. Maybe Nytol or something else thats a bit less drastic?
Yes. Or hit yourself over the head with a hammer and knock yourself unconcious.

dont think so, try having a milky drink before going to bed. dont watch any late night horror or anything as this can keep you awake, also ive heard that theres something in cheese to help you sleep, its a myth about the nightmares by the way. reading also makes you tired but be careful what you read, as stuff can play on your mind.
I find pretending to be asleep works quite well! Imagine there's someone in the room that you need to convince that you're asleep, so lie still, slow your breathing, etc...
Works for me most times!

TRY SCRUMPY CIDER

Try saying a few prayers when you climb into bed.
Try to make yourself more tired during the day by doing more activites that you can't resist falling asleep. Try to make the room darker, maybe soothing music ( that doesn't work for everuone ) maybe a lava lamp. If you really can't get to sleep, see your doctor, he may reccomend tablets for you to take to help you sleep until you can do it without them.
Try and use herbal sleeping pills they are alot safer

Yes - chloroform is my answer, maybe one teaspoon to start off with on some soft tissue paper climb into bed, put paper over mouth and inhale through the nose and out the mouth, effects should start in 10 to 30 seconds.
Be sure to measure out the teaspoon and seal the bottle before inhallation/sleeping.
Sweet dreams
One of the best remedies I've ever had is a product called Calmax - it is a mixture of calcium and magnesium; and is taken dissolved in boiling water [cooled down of course!] and either used plain, or mixed with fruit juices or cordial, whatever you fancy. But this drink goes to work IMMEDIATELY, relaxes muscles, reduces tired and aching muscles, and induces a natural and peaceful sleep. There ARE other vitamins and minerals, herbal remedies as well, that are part of the overall picture; but the first one I mention here is the VERY best. [usually available at Health Food Shops]
