WHAT IS THE BEST REMEDY FOR A 2ND DEGREE BURN ON YOUR HAND??

Answers: Do NOT put cold butter on a burn, it offers only momentary relief (due to the cold) but the grease prevents the skin from healing properly. Cold water is best at first (but not ice), then your favorite pain relief medication.
my grandmother always put cold butter on mild burns. hope that helps.
Treatment depends on the severity of the burn and may include antibiotic ointments, dressing changes one or two times a day depending on the severity of the burn, daily cleaning of the wound to remove dead skin or ointment, and possibly systemic antibiotics.
Wound cleaning and dressing changes may be painful. In these cases, an analgesic (pain reliever) may need to be given. In addition, any blisters that have formed should not be burst.
The only remedy I ever use for minor burns or cuts is honey. It kills germs and promotes healing. The sooner it is applied to a burn, the faster the healing. If applied immediately, the skin will not blister. I only buy raw, unprocessed honey from the healthfood store, with enzymes intact. I do not know if grocery store honey also works.
do not use butter or any kind of fat/oil. Aloe is great, along with raw honey.
