What is the best way to treat mild bronchitis??

Question: its mainly because of climate, lots of ice, smoking n dust. need simple home n altarnative solutions. main problem is coughing n chest congetion. (mucus)
Answers: Honey tea...just dissolve hipping table spoon full of honey with hot water...and drink it while it's hot...it'll break down the phlegm nicely so you can expel it. Put a lemon slice in the tea and even better...

btw, premade honey tea isn't effective...you'll have to boil the water and dissolve the real honey...
try steam
I use Tussen DM. I get Longs or Walgreens,on sale.
Works for me and I have serious case.
Buckley's..awful but it does work. Also a steamer..(vaporizer).. like a kettle but bubbles slowly and emits mild steam.. helps break up the mucus. (throw a glob of vicks vapour rub into it..) smells but works.
In every morning first to do is drink one glass of lukewarm water with one lemon juice and honey together.
hot chicken soup and gargling with hot salty water may help.
i think you shoul increase your fluid intake... especially water... it helps to get rid of the phlegm.... i also think you should'nt self medicate when it comes to taking medicines.. you should consult your physician first...
