What is the best cure for a hangover??

Answers: As my ex-boyfriend says Never get sober . There really isn't a cure for hangover. I take an 200 mg. ibuprofen, 500 mg. vitamin C and 1000 IU B-12 before I go to bed.

When I wake up I eat a little something and drink plenty of fluids. It takes a while for the liver to process an abundant amount of alcohol and that is why we get a hangover.

I also like eating a bowl of menudo with red chili. For some reason, it really does help with the hang over and queasiness of the stomach the next morning.
Not drinking so much the night before.
drink a beer.
don't drink so much...duh! LOL
The best cure is prevention. Don't drink. Then you have no worry of possibly having a hangover that you might need to get rid of.
I think eat something, drink a TON of water, get some rest, shower, brush teeth so you do'nt feel as gross........ other than that, just wait it out.
Don't drink and you won't need a cure. Check out www.jdm.org instead.
there really isnt a cure for a hangover because a hangover is actually a mild form of alcohol withdrawl but what helped me before i quit drinking is to drink a few glasses of water before bed and the next day...you could even do gatorade or something like that. this works because alcohol dehydrates your body and by rehydrating yourself would be a big help. also some asprin or other OTC pain meds for headache or w/e would be an obvious thing to do. there are also these pills called chasers which you are supposed to take once you start drinking if you are planning on drinking a significiant amount and they are supposed to also help with the hangover but i have never personally tried them to testify myself but these are simple things you can do to make yourself more comfortable the next day
Drink lots of water (for the dehydration), take an Advil (for the headache) and get some vitamin C (to break down the alcohol).

You can also pound a beer, but I don't recommend that as it can promote alcohol dependency and turn you into a bum.

There is no cure but rather remedies that can only help.

Good site... http://txtx.essortment.com/whatisthebest...

Good luck.
Water, to deal with the dehydration, Gatorade to amp up electrolytes, & pain reliever for the headache.

A friend of mine would tell you to take a Midol (pms medication)... He swears by it.
lots of water and use pure oxygen. Take a couple of deep breaths from a oxygen mask. This puts the oxygen back in your brain.
before you go to bed after drinking a lot just drink a small cup of pedialite. It will hydrate your body completely.
This has always worked for me.. Before you go to bed, take an ibuprophen, and drink a glass of water .. the reason you wake up hung over is because drinking dehydrates you , and thats why your head hurts the next day.. notice how you wake up thirsty ? ~* Just a thought ~* Milkthistle helps to protect your liver , you can find this at walmart, ect ..
Prevention. I load my system with vitamin B12. Eat lots of raw broccolli, then stick to one kind of drink all night. Don't mix and match.
Take some ibuprofen and drink a BIG class of water before you pass out. When you wake up eat something filling but not too greasy (scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, etc.). This always worked for me when I drank too much. The hang-over headache is from being dehydrated so drinking water while you drink alcohol can also help (drink a beer, drink a glass of water). You might have to pee more but you won't feel as bad in the A.M.
A hair of the dog is the answer.

After a few drinks your hangover goes but if you overdo it then, of course, you are destined for another hangover.
IT'S CALLED PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE---------------DON'T DRINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the absolute best is DON*T DRINK ....
