Question: Is it due to due to lifestyle magazines, and do they really care about their health or is it just that they are trying to be fashionable? And Donna`s asked, why do people want to stick hosepipes up the bum, is it for a thrill or to kill?
Answers: I actually read in my women's health magazine, that colonics purify the body by getting out the backed up waste that sticks to the walls of your colon. I have never had one, nor do I intend to. But, you can cleanse your colon with certain foods & over the counter meds & this is supposed to be really good for you. The second type has been going on forever. The hydrocolonics has been around for a while, but now that the stars are doing it, everyone else is jumping on the bandwagon. Pretty pathetic that shoving a hose up your butt makes you 'fit in'.
