Has anyone tried ginko biloba??

Question: I'm interested in possibly trying ginko biloba (to help me concentrate). Has anyone tried ginko biloba? If so, did you find it helpful? If it was helpful, how long did it take to work ? Did you notice any bad side effects? I've looked stuff up about it on the internet, so really I'm just looking for people's personal experiences. Thanks!
Answers: It's not good. It may give you the jitters and your heart may race. Similar to ephedra. It's not a safe herb all around.
It does not help you concentrate it just helps keep your mind and memory sharper.
Hi,
I'm 13. I'm a middle schooler and I take ginko biloba for tests and exams. It works great.

Ginko biloba sends a whole bunch of blood to your brain and this causes increases in memory, concentration, and overall brain activity.

It doesn't work immediately though. I have to take it a week before I need the effects. If you want to take it for long periods of time, it doesn't matter.
great as of it in the form of a homoeopathic dilution it workes well in improving circulation and improves memory for very old people and its good nerve tonic too .
but taking it for a very long time it is said to create arterial dilatation and hemorrhage had occurred for a known physician
I have tried Gingo Biloba and its great product in herbal nature.
