What is a good natural way to get more energy??
Question: I am always sleepy. I have a busy live and I need more energy for work, home and school! And I don't want to take any pills or drinks. I need something natural

Carbohydrates give you energy so eat foods like pasta, riceand wholemeal bread. Also try iron rich foods such as fish and meat, leafy green vegetables such as spinach or iron suppliments. You may be anemic (sorry about spelling) - this means love levels of iron in the blood. If you still feel bad see your doctor and he or she may be able to give you further advice
First energy comes from sleeping so get enough sleep. Good carbs will help you have more energy but only if you are getting enough sleep. Avoid caffeine and coffee. Coffee can burn out your adrenal glands, then it is a long road to having energy.
Bad carbs will make you tired all the time even with enough sleep. See site below to learn more about good carbs. Eat lots of fruit on an empty stomach for energy (IF YOU ARE GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP).
2 cups of green tea daily, sweetener OK, but no milk or cream. (I add ginger.) Fish oil supplements.

There is a herbal tea called Yerba Mate that could be very helpful for increased energy. I have been using it instead of coffee and for me it works wonders.
