Home remedies for head aches ??
Question: I am asking because i herd of boiling certain herbs but not clear on what ones and any other types of remedies you can think of thank you

i would do a colon clease, out of all cleanses start with that first. for starters headaches arnt normal, your body developed them..now thats most likley from toxins...see everyone eats bad foods...food with lots of sugar,coffee,tea, and in are normal day life foods we eat they contain chemicals( just read the ingredients u wont be able to pronounce the words..those are the chemicals). then when u eat these foods ur body doesnt know what to do with these chemicals and all the sugar and bad ingredients, becuz they have no nutrition what so ever.. so on ur next bowel movement ur body will crap out what it understands and the other chemicals which u consumed stay and add up in your body as waste, and that causes all kinds of varying health problems: headaches, back pain, fatigue, dizzyness, lack of focus...etc etc etc so u might fall into that. colon cleanseing will make u feel 100% better too full of energy..dont listen to others who rag on it because their just worried about their profits being affective so they do whatever they can...which means having a bunch of their workers make up yahoo accounts on the internet and purposely give out bad messages
