What is the best remedy for psoriasis??

Answers: Good old fashioned Eucerin. Not the stuff with alpha hydroxy acid. Look for the tub. It has the consistency of crisco. Slather up baby. Then it wouldn't hurt to hit the tanning bed once or twice a week. It really does help
if it's bad enough, larger dermatology clinics have PUVA treatments - ultraviolet light, kinda like a controlled tanning booth. I've seen the most serious cases (head to toe psoriasis) get substantially better with treatment.. takes several weeks, though. Another thing they do is whole-body wraps, has to be done as inpatient dermatology.
If you are looking for a natural remedy then I would suggest large doses of omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil. Omega 3's are important for maintaining moisture and elasticity in the skin and because it is harder for us to ge it in our diet we tend to need to supplement. You can find fish oil supplements at your local health food store. Also there is a good cream that we sell in my city called Aromacrystal therapy gardeners dream cream it helps conditions ranging from psoriasis and other skin conditions to arthritis pain. Check out their site at www.aromacrystal.com Good luck
