You could partner with another business to display each other's business cards.
You could partner with another business to hold a drawing for free product. Create a data base of names/address from each drawing form. This way you get double the names/address.
Supply a brochure/flyer/coupon and/or a small gift for a gift basket company that sends out baskets to people new in town.
There are always the free community bulletin boards that accept flyers.
You can share a booth space at a community event promoting your products/services.
Call your local newspaper to do a photo and small paragraph about the opening of your business.
You can write an article to your local newspaper about the advantages of one of the services you offer. Be careful though that it isn't simply an advertisment for your place. They won't publish it then.
As a guest of a member, attend a local chamber of commerce meeting/gathering and pass out business cards/chat up the people attending.
