What drug/herbs are good for people with borderline personality disorder??

Question: symptoms such as anger depression anxiety paranoia
Answers: If you mean unprescribed drugs, then none. It's confusing enough having a personality disorder, although plenty of people try to self medicate and drug taking is almost always part of the problem. This includes alcohol, nicotine and cannabis. They are all powerful drugs that actually cause anger, depression, anxiety, paranoia and stress.
Exercise is very useful - don't underestimate how good it can be and NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and counselling helped me enormously.
As for herbs chamomile, lemon balm and lavender can help aid sleep and promote relaxation if used sparingly. Whatever is suggested always consult a doctor or specialist first.
try St. John'swort
Chinese medicine has many herbs that would help in this situation. Intense anxiety and depression are signs of a serious imbalance. Acupuncture can treat this very easily and in combination with the herbs eliminate it.
I was diagnosed with BPD 3 years ago and I currently take:
Prozac (for Depression)
Campral and Lyrica (for Anxiety)
Abilify (for Schizophrenia)
and Geodon (basically for sleep)

Dialectic behavior therapy is now being used to treat BPD. This type of therapy helps you learn to regulate your emotions, tolerate distress, manage yourself, and be more effective with other people.
