Do you believe in alternative healing methods for cancer patients??
Answers: Well; my brother did.
He died of cancer.
So; I no longer do.
Absolutely, but not alone. I strongly believe that alternative methods used in conjunction with conventional treatments are very successful. I personally know someone with terminal cancer that had little to no success with conventional treatments. When they started with acupuncture, yoga, diet changes, and certain herbs (along with there usual treatment) they went into remission. The cancer has not reoccured.
Yes I do. I know several people who have had success using Homeopathic medicines, and also The Breuss Cancer Cure. Have a look on the internet for the Breuss Cancer Cure or get hold of his book. Its radical but effective.
Hi,
Have you ever heard of Himalayan Goji Juice? Patients receiving a cancer drug together with goji exhibited response rates up to 250 percent better than those obtained by the drug alone. These advanced cancer patients experienced amazing regressions of malignant melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, lung cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and malignant hydrothorax. Remission of cancers In patients treated with goji lasted significantly longer than those treated without goji.

No. I don't know of any documented as effective unfortunately.
Well, let me answer your question with this fact.
When an herbal product or natural cure claims to cure cancer, the FDA immediately pulls the drug or claim off the shelves. This is due to the fact that there is no proof that natural cures (alone) cure cancer.
Please do not attempt to cure cancer using natural methods alone. I fully respect those patients that believe in natural methods, but many years of science have gone into finding cures for cancer. Let research and proof help to get you better, not unproven claims by naturopathic methods.
I've seen hundreds of patients be treated for brain cancer and LIVE using proven chemotherapy and radiation methods at the neurologic institute where I work. I would hate to see what would have happened if they relied strictly on naturopathic methods.
I absolutely do. My mom is a cancer patient and chose to heal and cure her cancer naturally. It is not an easy task, but is possible. The Gerson Therapy is very well known for it's high success rates in treating and curing cancer. The program is centered around diet and coffee enemas. The diet does not allow you to eat meats, foods high in sodium/spices/oil (some of the major restrictions). My mom tried it and could not stick with the diet. It was extremely difficult... but is by no means impossible. Every body is different and therefore will react and respond differently to different programs.
As some have suggested above, combining both modern and alternative medicine can also be beneficial. I have family members and friends who have combined both Eastern and Western medicine. My mom is currently doing chemotherapy in conjunction with Chinese foot reflexology. She has also done Chinese accupuncture and herbal medicine.
There are so many options out there when it comes to healing naturally. Personally, I look to natural ways of healing before turning to modern medicine. But one thing that I do recommend before pursing any method of treatment is a cleanse or a detox program for the body. It's easier for the body to heal when there are less toxins and pollutants in the body.
Yes, only when generaly acceptable methods dont work and/or if the patient chooses the alternative route. Having said that, even medical practitioners who use alternative medicine should have some sort of easily verifiable credentials.
ofcourse i do. i know a lot of people who have survived with alternative healing methods. one of the best is homeopathy- it really helps. but u gotta belive in it.------if looking for something mostly go for herbs mostly try natural sources. trust alternative medicine it cures cancer even if its terminal even if its in the worst spots any kind. naturopath perhaps
Yes I do, but not as a cure. I believe they shoudl be used in conjuction with medicine. Alternative healing such as reiki can be used to help the body to accept the medical treatments and to make it less traumatizing to the body. Reiki is also sometimes used to ease the transition of death.
