PLZZ NO SUDGESTIONS TO WHAT THE PROBLEM MAY BE... JUST AN NATURAL HERBAL SOLUTION OR TRICK IF ANY OF YOU EXPERIENCED SOME?

Answers: Some supplements to try are B-vitamins, Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba. Most people recommend the ginkgo for memory or concentration, but I have found it boosts my energy through the roof. I think it has to do with the way it improves circulation.

Besides the pills, eat foods with good fat like avocado (full of B vitamins) and nuts. If you're low on any type of nutrient it zaps your energy. You can also drink tea if coffee doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend soda because it's so full of sugar.

I finally went on an elimination diet recently because I was so fed up with being tired all the time. I found out I have an intolerance to corn syrup, so now I avoid it and feel better all the time. I didn't even stick to a strict elimination diet, just slowly took one food or drink out of my diet and switched it for something else, until I found out some of the things that were bothering me.
Cocaine
Ginseng or Ashwagandha are both excellent for extra energy and have no caffeine
B-12, 1000 mg lozenges, you need to absorb it through your mucous membranes, stomach acid destroys it.
You don't mention your age, but if you are over forty, there are other things you can do as well that will greatly increase your sense of wellbeing and vitality.
B 12 shots, or you could have anemia like my mom and need iron such as pills or infusions.
Glucose, Sucrose, and High Fructose a.k.a. SUGAR. I know it sounds corny but from the sound of it you haven't had any in a while and it really does give your body energy. if your worried about fat try something like Swedish Fish which are fat free and loaded with sugar. I would also suggest apples which scientifically wakes u up better than coffee
yohimbe
maca
ginseng
B complex 100 mg. BID
Look use your thinking powers. You seem to be doing everything right, based on what you have posted. You exercise, you take your vitamins, you eat your fruit and veggies, but somehow you know things ain't what they're supposed to be. Right?
I'm not going to try and tell you what the problem might be because only a doofus would try to diagnose a total stranger over the computer. But without knowing what IS wrong, only a doofus would waste time trying to tell you what dietary supplement to take that would fix it. How is that possible if ya don't know what it is needs fixing? As for tricks , girlfriend, there ARE no tricks when it comes to health. You consult a health expert (a doctor) and you find out what might be wrong, and when you get a diagnosis, the doctor knows what to do to fix it .
It would scare the pants off you if I told you how often a person finally goes to a doctor in an extreme situation, and the doctor has to tell that person If you had just seen a doctor sooner, this could have all been taken care of, no problem. But you have left it too late. Now you've got a REAL problem
I don't know what age you are, but I do know that a person's gut instinct is often right on target, with the body trying to tell you something. If you feel in your gut that something isn't right, it could be telling you something that should not be ignored. I'm not telling you it's for sure. I'm saying that your body might be trying to get you to listen to it about something that needs attention, and the only way you are going to find out and get it put right properly, is to see a doctor and get a checkup. If I am wrong, it would tickle me to bits. But if I am right,,,,, lol you could owe me bigtime.
NO TRICKS
GET MORE SLEEP
a tblsp of honey.
Have you tried choc. cake with choc. pudding tooped with whipped cream ?

Remember, when you where a baby and you needed the extra bottle of feeding to get you through the night ?
I know you asked for no suggestions. Sorry, but, I was the same way until finally a Doctor ran some blood tests and diagnosed me with Hypo-thyroidism. I take a small pill every morning and it's been almost a year now, and there has been an extremely significant raise in my energy level.

But, before I got this I was the queen of supplements. I used to take ripped fuel , which is NOT a good suggestion, even though it no longer contains Ephedra.

GOOD options food wise- Dark Chocolate, Lentils, Sardines, Oatmeal, Almonds, Yogurt, figs, molasses, green leafy vegetables, beets, dates, celery, canteloupe, and parsley.

Drink lots of Water.

Try Taking A VitaminB Supplement

Also, wake up and work out right away. This will boosy your adrenaline and get you feeling REALLY motivated. It's hard to do, and get used to, but it WORKS!!

Good luck getting that energy!
You are probably taking vitamin pills - a waste of money since up to 90% goes right through! You probably need a liquid multi-vitamin, digestive enzymes and bio-available whey protein. With these, you will have most of the basic needs covered for a vibrant health. Contact me if you want more detailed information.
You might try royal jelly. It is produced by queen honey bees. Pricey, but I have heard incredable things about it.
Getting plenty of rest is a great way to stay energized. Also stay away from sugars and caffine. Eating lots of vegtables and taking vitamins has always helped me.
There are too many reasons for low energy. The most common is the body's inability to absorb blood through the body cells. I know that sounds strange, but the cells are where we store the energy when we run out. Your reserves are low. The cells are made up of layers of protein and oil. When the oil layer gets hard, the nutrients won't pass through it. So the cells stops functioning. Multiply that by billions of cells and you have low energy. The solution is unsaturated oils from nut, seed, and grain sources. Combine the oils. Just a little bit each day. Next find out if your digestive tract is working well. Do you burp? Thats not good. Do you have bloating after meals? Thats not good. Do you have gas long after the meals? Thats not good. Read the Nutrition Almanac. It has lots of good reference material in it.
Some encapsulated CAYENNE should perk you right up! Works really great, you can buy it cheap, and it does so many wonderful things for your body- strengthens arteries, vessels and capillaries, for one, and more blood flow means more oxygen to your cells, which will definitely boost your energy.
listen, lollypop, i know you went to two doctors, and they said you were ok.
I don't know if they made some tests or not, but if not, then before jumping into conclusions and tips for that low energy you have, you MUST test your blood (complete blood picture) at least.
If i were you, i d go to the medical lab. and have full medical check-up analysis. it will be rather expensive but i think your body deserve that from you.
Finding the problem is halfway to the cure.
Hope you find out what is wrong with you, and be well soon.
If you do not have some physical problem ,you may try a meditation exercise after awakening in the morning, to program your consience on that your body receives during the day more energy from the nature/to enhance absorbing prana./
This helps also to overcome illnesses or pains.
