Anybody ever heard of vitex(chasteberry)??

Question: it's a herbal remedy used mostly for infertility and/or menstrual problems
Answers: Chasteberry (Vitex) is a kind of plants of the family verbena of which there are approximately 250 species. an herbal extract that typically contains 0.5% agnuside and 0.6% aucubin as active components; historically used as a menstrual regulator. It has been scientfiically proven in double blind studies to be superior in all aspects as a female tonic for both pre and postmenopausal women.

It is safe, gentle, but slow acting and must be given adequate time to work -- typically three or more cycles.
It also is suppose to decrease your sex drive. Ive used it before.
