Is there a cure for heal spurs??
Question: My father gets heal spurs alot and he finds it hard to walk when he gets one, is there a perment cure for heal spurs?
Answers: Bone spurs are actually a deficiency of calcium which causes the body to leach calcium from the bone. As the calcium is being leached, it forms an eruption. This eruption is the bone spur.
Many have actually been successful in dissolving the spurs by taking 10-20 OsteoMatrix plus 30 Alfalfa Complex. This can actually, in some cases, take place within a few days. It's perfectly safe with no side effects.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.
Here are some links you can read that will help you understand the condition. Mayo Clinic has cause, treatment, etc. a very good site.

They are really painful. He needs to go to a foot specialist. I had ultra-sound therapy as well as taping and the relief was amazing. I also took and non-steroid medicine for 30 days. You need really good arch supports in your shoes as well. I really liked the full-foot washable inserts that Walgreen's has/had (their brand). The only permanent cure is to get off concrete floors, make sure you are not over-weight, have good support in your shoes & be proactive when you have pain....mine went away for over 5 years....then the concrete floors started catching up with me again. Some will tell you that you have to have surgery, I've tried to avoid that. Good luck.
