VEGA testing??

Question: I had vega testing done about a month and a half ago. Quite a few of the foods I assumed I was sensitive to but a few of them really had me shocked. Do you think VEGA testing is accurate or just a bunch of crap?
Answers: There is no evidence to support the theoretical basis or the practical claims of the Vega test method. This is admitted by the VERY INVENTOR of the Vega machine, Dr H Schimmel, who writes the effective base of the Vega test method is still unknown.

Now, I am all for alternative medicines, when there is some evidence of proof behind them; but with VEGA, I must admit, I am not so sure. Others may disagree and feel it is a great tool; but again, I am not convinced as of yet. Skepticism is not necessarily a bad thing.

To get a scientific analysis, visit a liscensed allergist.

Hope this helps
Best way is to stay away from the food that you are sensitive (based on the Vega test) for about 3 weeks, and then start reintroduce them back one by one specially the ones that shocked you; if you have any reaction to them, then you know the test is accurate, otherwise it is not.
