Are there any natural supplements out there that help with improving skin elasticity??
Answers: Hi Jules, men as well as women will see a marked improvement in their skin if they follow a good skin care plan. Cleanse, tone and moisturise daily. Then exfoliate and use a mask a regularly.
We all need to cleanse our face and neck, morning and night. The accumulation of dead cells, perspiration and make-up mixed with the grime in the atmosphere, clogs up our pores and results in a dull and lifeless appearance.
You need to take care of skin, drink 2 litres of water a day, use a diet rich in fresh fruit and vegetables, take high quality supplements including a vitamin and mineral supplement and an Omega 3 essential fatty acids supplement
For a homemade facial toner, mix green tea, chamomile or ginseng tea (made with mineral water or distilled water) with lavender or lemon oil. Green tea is rich in antioxidants which fight free radicals that damage and age the skin. Green tea is said to diminish fine lines. Lavender oil is a good toner and lemon oil is a good rejuvenator and toner. Add Vitamin C crystals as a preservative and antioxidant. MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) is a natural source of organic sulfur good for the skin. Add MSM crystals to your toner or eat high sulfur foods such as kale or watercress.
You can prick a capsule of Vitamin A, E, or wheat germ oil and smooth directly onto your skin, add to coconut, almond or apricot oil, or to your toner. Vitamin A is a potent antioxidant and Vitamin E is said to slow down the aging process. Almond oil soothes and lubricates the skin. Apricot oil protects and softens the skin. Wheat germ oil promotes skin elasticity.

i'm not sure about elasticity....but vitamin E is good for the skin and skin conditions...look into it.
vitamin e and fish oil
Aloe Vera tightens your skin and is extremely healthy
Your skin is 25% protein (70% water.) Eat enough protein and keep hydrated.
Vitamin E increases skin's elasticity. Collagin-Elastin suppliments, too. Omega 3 Fatty Acids (which are the best kinds) also improve skin. Drink lots of water. LOTS of water.
these are great answers... aloe vera comes in a liquid that you drink daily... this helps with detoxing as well.
The vitamin A and fish oil... YES!
Water, Protein....
Dry brushing is also very healthy for skin.
