Which is the best natural way to get pain relieve???

Question: Is there any drug-free pain relieving option?
When we get a cramp, bruise, stiff neck, or headache, and we want relief—fast.
Answers: Yes, the quickest acting would be celadrin lotion. These are a special formulation of fats that act as an anti-inflammatory and lubricator which is great for general aches and joint pains. Acts much in the same way as beneficial fats from fish oil. Stuff is very affordable.

They have done studies on celadrin which have shown significant improvements for those with arthritis for instance. There are also pill forms available which are probably better for overall achiness, but slower acting.

Slightly less quick acting are systematic enzymes. These are typically protein digesting enzymes which decrease inflammation and numb pain receptors. Great for all kinds of aches, pains, injuries, including accelerating bruise healing. Most popular brand is wobenzyme, but their are many different brands. You can get a generic version of wobenzyme for instance, from vitacost.com which is much cheaper (vs. wobenzyme) although still pricey. http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-FlavenZym-Th...

Lastly, for long term prevention of aches, I'd recommend NKO krill oil. It's a good source of EFAs lacking in the modern diet. Better absorbed than fish oil and has been found much more effective in comparison studies. Affordable too. Has been show in studies to reduce CRP markers significantly (inflammation) with 1/3th the dose available in supplements. Reduces PMS symptoms. Improves cholesterol tests (lowers bad cholesterol and raises good). And all the other benefits of EFA (especially omega 3) supplementation.
