Do you know any old home remedies to clear up a chest infection.??
Question: My doctors prescribes predisone & other antibiotics that make me feel worse plus I have high blood pressure so I need to try a healthy natural remedy to clear up this infection

So i'm not really sure.. Are you sure you have a chest infection? Was it diagnosed by xray?
This home remedy is for phelgh and all the yuck that gets stuck in your chest and you just can't cough it up. Drink 8 oz of water. Then stand on your head for apx 5 minutes. Then start coughing all of the phelgh out. You may throu up but it will be the yuck that is stuck in you..Good luck..I hate that feeling of just an't cough it out.
Not sure if it will help clear up an infection but hot tea and very warm showers used to help me loosen up my chest and head when I had bronchitis or a sinus infection.
If its an infection in your lungs or chest, you need antibiotics. Pneumonia can be fatal. Give the antibiotics a chance to work before you toss them out the window. If you are having a problem with your meds, call your doctor and let him prescribe something different.
