Are the Bates Method and eye exercises effective??
Question: I tried them for almost a month and they do not work!!! I am desperate to have a clear and perfect vision without any things like contacts and glasses and surgery.
Answers: only a month.......come on....it is not take two pills and the symptoms are cover up.....it is work at it and illiminate the
root problem..

I think one month is too short. And if you are not giving adequate rest to your eyes, you may not get the optimum results. I have not tried the technique myself (I am comfortable with glasses) but knew a gentleman who tried and found good results.
