I chew my pens at school...???
Question: i chew my pens at school until they are gross. my friends does it too. i cant stop. is this bad?
Answers: Yes, it is bad. My daughter had a bad habit of chewing on things, and I had a hard time breaking her of the habit. I would tell her that all the things she chewed on were full of bacteria and they could make her sick. This still didn't help. They did an experiment in school where they went around and collected samples off various things in the school such as, the doorknobs, the water fountain, desks, etc. They then tested all their samples for bacteria, and she couldn't believe how many types of bacteria were in one sample. This totally grossed her out, and she does not chew on things anymore. (Well, hardly ever)
You can release toxins from the plastic and eventually slowly erase brain cells from doing this.
Not to mention, you can effect the direction of your teeth and possibly cause jaw problems down the road.
So think, the next time you do it.
It is surely bad. If you bring such act to your future work, then it is terrible. You will embarrass yourself in front of your fellow colleagues. Try to cut this bad habit. Think of something else to do whenever you have the urgt to bite --- say chew gums or sweets.
no. just think about something else like if it would to explode you would have a mark and people may stare at you more.................... alot more!!
lol
Please listen to this advice. it happend to my best pal!
This is obviously your subconcious way of satisfying your oral fixation. What you really need is a nice big juicy meat lollipop!
well, some schools let you chew gum, if you can't do that, idk, i used to chew my pencils until people would ask me how wood taste, i got annoyed.
