How do I get white teeth without getting dental surgery done like Zoom??
Question: I have always had yellow teeth, no matter how many times I a brush a day, or what toothpaste/toothbrush I use.
Answers: Use Crest Whitestrips!!! I have been using them yearly since they came out a few years ago... They have turned my teeth from almost the worst color yellow they can get (due to very bad dental hygene when I was younger) to the bright white like most models on the commercials...and they are only $20...that is sooo cheap for waht they can do for someones confidence!!! I have been getting compliments ever since I had gone through just half of a box!!!.......oh and if u do buy them make sure you buy the original ones in the cheap box...all of the other kinds Crest has out do the exact same thing (not one is better than the other!) the reason I say to buy the original ones is because they are the cheapest!!!

try using baking soda instead of toothpaste
Firstly, change your toothpaste.
Use FLP Aloe Vera toothgel, it is a gel not abrasive so won't wear your enamel away. It has no Fluoride in it so will not cause fluorosis. It contains Aloe Vera, so protects your gums from Gingivitis. It also is a natural cleanser and whitener.

I got something called brighter image-I think there is a website out there somewhere. (I bought mine n ebay?) Lots of companys do teeth bleaching and dentists can cost £350 whereas this cost me about £50. Basically you get some impression trays and gel sent to you. You take an impression of your teeth and send it of to texas. 7 days later thin plastic gum sheilds arrive and you syringe in a tiny bit of gel into each tooth cavity and leave them in over night. Took about 2 weeks to do them but the are lovely and white now-people say how good they look. My friend is a dentist and he said that it doesnt damage your enamel as long as you get a weak solution about 12% or less. What it does is bleach out the stains that are deep in the tooth. I stopped coffee & tea while I did the course but now red wine / tea coffee doesnt stain as bad. they say tht you should 'top up' once a month but I dont need too...hope it helps
