Answers: They don't usually put you out for having a tooth pulled. They will numb you which is usually fine. Unless you are really nervous they may give you a pill or something to ease your nerves. You can have a painless tooth removal for $150 - $200, though better dentists can charge up to $500. Really, you get what you pay for in terms of comfort.
Pulled teeth have no value, unless you are making a necklace.
You can get a tooth pulled for around $100.00.
Depends on where you live. I got mine out yesterday (MS), with valium, gas and novocaine, and it cost $135. If it's surgical (won't come out in one piece) it can cost upwards of $450. I am terrified of the dentist (hence the valium) and let me tell you, besides pressure, you won't feel ANY pain during the procedure. Your jaw will hurt afterwards and feel stiff, and you may have some residual pain for a couple days, but you should be able to get pain meds if you need them. Just be careful to not get dry socket, because that is very painful. I hope this helps! Just call around to dentists and find out the prices. If you haven't gotten xrays in a while you may need to retake them, which is an extra 100 or so. Good luck!
