Answers: Please be informed that fever has nothing to do with cutting teeth. It is definitely not a symptom. The reason children get fever and lose motions is because they put everything into their mouth when they are ready to teeth. (These may not necessarily be clean and without germs.) They do this to soothe their irritated gums. Make sure you keep all of your kids toys and other things which are likely to find their way into his mouth clean.
I used to keep only a couple of play things around each day, This ways I made sure my work of keeping all the toys clean was reduced. Each night I'd remove all the toys and wash them and put out a clean set out the following day. My babies never had any teething problem.

All my little sisters did - it helps to get the childrens toys that are filled with water - chill them in the fridge for about half an hour, and they will be really cool and soothing for their gums.
