Question: please help! If you dont really know.. dont guess.. but if you do know tell me!!! You Rock.. thanks!

esthetic restorations

and

over-denture on the underlining bar
Answers: eathetic restorations are fillings that look good- such as using a composite in a front tooth for a filling instead of using amalgam or the silver filling

over denture/underlining bar-
i believe this refers to a denture that snaps in place over a metal bar that is attached to the lower arch usually by implants
first one = pain

next one = unbelievable mind blowing pain
Well esthetic restorations is just another way of saying cosmetic dentistry. They are things that restore the look of your teeth and mouth in dentistry, but can be in other parts of ones body too.
Not sure about the other one. It might have something to do with implants.
esthetics restorations, means whatever they are going to do to the teeth, will be for cosmetic purposes, rather than out of necessity. An example would be veneers.
esthetic=improving looks restorations= on teeth you have, that may not be esthetically pleasing

I don't know the answer to the second phrase.
