It depends on where you live. In California an ROP program which is run by the various counties where you can go to dental assisting training. They take you all the way from classroom work to interning in an actual dental practice to helping you pas the state boards. Check with our county occupational services department. This is the least expensive way of doing it. Or you can go to a private school or community college in some cities.
