I'm 25 years old and about 20 grand in debt. I'm also in college. Where do i go to get assistance??
Question: It all Started when I was 18. I was introduced to gambling and casinos. After 7 years I sought counseling. Now my debts are keeping me from what I want to accompolish in life. I graduate in the spring and I would like to take a huge chunk out of my debt. I work full time, and pay child support for two children making my monthly net income around $1100. It may seem like a lot, but after rent, and other expenses I'm left with about 100 dollars a month. On top of my debts my appearance may be keeping me from getting better employment. I was born in a family with a bad enamel trait so I've already had my whole top row of teeth pulled and replaced by a denture plate. I need more dental work done, but my employer doesn't offer insurance and I make too much for public assistance as far as I know. Is there any organizations out there that may be able to help me with my financial problems or dental problems? I would like to set a good example for my children. Thanks for any answers.
Answers: um i know that you can fill out a f.a.s.f.a. federal aplication for student finnancial aid... but i dont know how they will look at your gambling debt........ good luck.

Its sad, a lot of our generation is in this situation. Best thing you can do is get rid of your debt. Filing bankrupsy or something similar might be an option. I want to leave the country, debt is whats holding me back
