What is the best tooth whitener to use??

Answers: I'm a sporean.Actually i'm involved in a biz and is distributing toothpaste. The name of this toothpaste is CALCIUM WHITENING and is frm Japan. It has many benefits.Most importanly, it does nt contain tricolsan, a chemical which is found in toothpaste like darlie,colgate,other toothpaste tt they sell in the market. Plain old cheap baking soda. Then rinse your mouth with plain old cheap peroxide. Teeth will look like a million bucks in a couple of months.

you can get it done at the dentist... usually is is hundreds of dollars. the best is Zoom, but it is over a thousand. I would just use Crest White Strips, they work great, unless you have a serious problem that needs professional help. You can also buy Professional Strength Crest White Strips from the dentist. Those are around $50-75. Regular ones at the grocery store are around $30.

Use the bands, anything else is too abrasive and you will end up with aches in your tooth

Brushing regularly and getting regular teeth cleaning from your dentist. Teeth whiting pastes have been proven ineffective.

I have found the Crest White Stips Pro help the best. They can be purchased at most stores. I would reccomend using the crest Vivid white toothpaste when using these also. Make sure that you use them as directed twice a day for 20 minutes. Then you will notice a whiter smile. You may have you use another box of them depending on the color of your teeth currently. I also reccomend using the white strpis about every 6 months to maintain your beautiful white smile. Another option if you can afford it there is ZOOM whitening that is available at participating Dentists . It is done in about 45 minutes at your Dentist office it is done by using a Gel that is applied to the teeth and is activated by a light. Good luck
