Does tooth brushing helps prevent a bad breath??


Answers: Bad breath (halitosis) can be caused by bacterial growth. The majority of bacteria in your mouth live on your tongue. So, as many have said, brushing your tongue can help.

However, there are many medical conditions that can also cause bad breath (like sinus problems and digestive problems).

If you're brushing your teeth and tongue regularly, and are still having bad breath (halitosis), I suggest you see your doctor for an evaluation.

Yes brushing will help, but you need all round oral hygene. Flossing your teeth, and using mouthwash should also help. Cleaning your tounge with a tounge scraper or tea spoon will also help, there is alot of bacteria on your tounge. If you are concerned about it carry some mints with you through the day.

Yes it does but apart from that simple salt water gargling is perfect solution as most of toothpaste contain dangerous amount of sugar and fluoride.So instead of doing brush 2 times or 3 times In a day just brush in the morning and later gargle with little hot SALT water as many times u want u will never have cavity problem or bad breath.Also clean bowels is very important if your stomach remains upset than your bad breath can not improve try what may no advantage.So it fresh fruit,drink fresh juice it banana for regular bowels movement and you are fine.
