Where can i find a practice test for the RDA exam??
Question: I have 1.5 months of class left, then 40 hours of extern and I would like to find a practice exam for the registered dental assistant test. Anyone know where or how to get one?
Answers: Funny you should ask that question. I work for the National Association for Health Professionals and we administer the MA and DA exams. In taking our tests you are afforded national registration and certification. We do have a review book with a practice test in it. The review book is $19.95 plus $5.00 S&H. Call 800-444-0839 and they will send you the application for the test (which can be taken online) and arrange for you to pay the review book fee and send it to you.
I just took my RDA exams a few months ago, but I was never able to obtain old exams or anything. I just studied books and focused on cements and things that aren't common knowledge for a dental assistant. If you're referring to the practical exam, then I'd take a review class.
