Once you have you teeth grown and none have fallen, are any of the molars permanet??

Question: I'm just wondering because the second to the last teeth on my right side is starting to get loose. I'm starting to worry because I heared somewhere that some molers don't grow back if they fall out. I think it will be quite hard to eat without them.
Answers: You loose 20 teeth. You will loose two primary (baby) molars on each side, you got them at age 2 and 6. Many people think they are permanent but arent. If you are concerned, call your dentist, ask them to look at your chart (if you have been in for regular check ups) and see if you have any baby teeth. How old are you? This would help me. Good luck. If you are under 30, I would say they most likely are not loose due to periodontal disease. If you are under 15, they are most likely those baby teeth I formerly described. Do you have teeth behind theese? How far behind your canine (eye teeth are they) you loose your front four, your canines and two teeth directly behind your canines. Look and the mirror and count. How many molars does it look like you have. You should only have more than two permanent molars in each quad (upper right/upper left, Lower right/Lower Left) if you have your wisdom teeth. Hope this helps. Can you take a digital pict and send it to me? I could telll just by that. Good Luck
oh my word that sounds really scary!
uhh, if they're the ones right next to the very last teeth that grow in when you're older, i don't know... haven't lost them yet, only 12... but the ones right next to those ones do grow back... but since my mouth was crowded i had to have them pulled.

oh and by the way there was another charles out there if you see him will you please tell me?
Are you doing drugs lots of people lose teeth because of drugs and/or poor nutrition ? see a dentist to investigate
When you lose your molar baby teeth they are actually replaced by your permanent bicuspids (or premolars, which is another name for them)... your permanent molars actually come in behind your baby molars so you do not lose teeth to get them. To find out if all your teeth are developed or are developing below the gumline then see your dentist for x-rays.. he or she can tell you.
