Which is better, mechanical or regular toothbrushes??
Answers: THE BEST TOOTHBRUSH IS THE ONE YOU LIKE TO USE!!!
If you have limited dexterity, or need a little motivation (like using a gadget), then an electric toothbrush may be more beneficial. If you are brushing your teeth correctly (45 degree angle, soft little circles, and brush your gums as well as your teeth) then regular toothbrushes do just as well. I am personally fond if the little bubbles generated by and ultrasonic toothbrush. Toothbrush type is REALLY a matter of personal preference, not efficiency.
mechanical
MECHANIAL BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DO LESS WORK WHILE YOU TEETH ARE GETTING THE BEST TREATMENT
THE DIFFERENT MOVEMENT IN THE BRUSH HELP WILL GET RID OF PLAQUE AND WILL GET RID OF STAINS FASTER
either one is fine as long as the toothbrush POSITION is correct. most people -when using a mechanical t-brush- tend to get lazy with the positions needed to properly clean teeth thinking it will do all the work.
Regular
