How to cure sore gums??
Question: What can I do to sooth my sore gums before going to my dental appointment?
Answers: run warm water over your toothbrush for a couple of seconds and then massage the bristles over your gums in a circular motion for 30 seconds than repeat. I used to do this all the time when I had braces and my gums were sore. It worked great. Good luck at ur appointment!
beer
Check with a dental professional first. Warm salt water rinses may work, brush very gently and floss. Make sure that there is no bleeding.
Get some medicated mouth wash from the chemist. Don't use bongela.
call your dentist and tell him. he will tell you what the do..
