Do crest "White strips" work??
Question: If so, what do they do to the teeth? Do they clean your teeth better then what a tooth brush and some tooth paste would, making them whiter. Or is there some sort of bleach on the strips that makes your teeth whiter?
Answers: They work a little. Don't expect a miracle though. They are bascially a whitening gel on a strip. You put them on and wait half an hour and then rinse it off. You have to keep brushing your teeth religiously while using them for there to be any kind of difference. I was kind of disappointed in them myself.

THEY ARE TERRIBLE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE TEETH. I USED THEM (HAVE RECESSIVE GUMLINE) AND THEY BURNED AND STUNG SO BAD I HAD TO WASH IT OFF. TOOTHBRUSH IS THE BEST CLEAN TO WHITEN. IT HAS BEEN STUDIED THAT THE USE OF TOOO MUCH WHITENING SOLUTIONS CAN WEAKEN TOOTH ENAMEL

I used Crest White Strips Premium and they worked very well. I think they have hydrogen peroxide in them, and hydrogen peroxide is a safe and effective bleaching agent for teeth and hair (as long as you don't have too high a concentration of hydrogen peroxide, and the folks at Crest would be sued if they used too much). According to my uncle, who is a dentist and recommended those white strips to me, whitening toothpastes cannot get your teeth as white as white strips, and it takes regular brushing for five to six months to get your teeth whiter with whitening toothpaste.
They do work very well. I bought the most expensive ones and I get tons of compliments. However, it only last about 6 months.
some may find this odd but i was watching oprah about 2 years ago had some dentist specialist on her show on do it your slef dental and they said that f you buy MR.CLEAN magic erasor $3.99 and tear of a small piece wet it and then wipe your teeth vigorusly with it it will whiten them up signifigantly then brush immediatly afterwards my husband had a big yellow stain on his two front teeth before our wedding from smoking and i tryed it and you wouldnt even know he had a stain so maybe you could try it its good for Tons of other thing removes nail polish everything hope this helps even though it is a little bizzare but OPRAH said it so cant be that bad other wise im sure someone would have sued her by now for it
