How can I fix one very slightly crooked/rotated front tooth??

Question: Hi, my second front tooth is twisted a bit around, and I think it looks a bit ugly - only close up though. Can a retainer - one of those plastic clear ones, or wire one, fix this and rotate it back around?

Also can a retainer push back teeth so that they protrude less. My teeth as basically perfect but a little protruding..
Answers: I to have had this problem and i am also a dental nurse the options you have are either the wire retainer or capping your tooth which will make it protrude slightly more or in some cases a night plate which is similar to a mouth guard over your teeth that you wear when you go to bed but this will take the longest to see any inprovement and may the tooth may move back 1 good luck! I wouldn't even try the plastic one.
you really should talk about your wants and desires with your orthodontist. i think they could do a thing or two with your teeth
cosmo-dental surgery its easy now to get it done at any good dentist
It would be best to set up an appointment with a Cosmetic Dentist for instant orthodontics, i.e. porcelain veneer. I am sure you will like the new, straight looking teeth.
I think you'd be surprised what the wire retainer can do. Its amazing how much they can move your teeth. Likewise, you could just get the 2 little brackets on the front teeth. I think its fairly inexpensive and cheap.
