How do you whiten your teeth without teeth whitening from a dentist??
Question: im 13 and i have slightly yellow teeth cuz i was spoiled when i was little... so i'm trying to have whiter teeth, but my mom won't let me do whitening... cuz it eventually becomes yellower and you gum gets weaker if not taken care of properly.. so and ideas please??
Answers: I have a friend who is a heavy coffee drinker and smokes so his teeth are very yellow, but he used crest white strips and they are very white. I tried an store brand of them and it did not work, but then I used crest and my teeth are fabulous

Well your mom is wrong, the Zoom treatment does not effect your teeth or gums in any way other than whiter teeth. It costs $300 and is a one-time, 1 hour treatment. Only other options are crest white strips(Buy supreme only) and make it a habit to wash out your mouth twice a day with peroxide and water, but the Zoom treatment is alot better and you dont have to add another routine to your life with the other crap.
I have da same problem, and just 3 days ago i started using crest whitestrips.... they seem to be working but i still need to finish the treatment to know 4 sure
