Waking up in the morning??
Question: when wake up my throat always hurts and its dry, i find it hard to talk until i brush my teeth or eat something, also i find it really hard in teh mornign to wake up any help on finding a way to wake up, my alarm works but my eyes always hrut and just seem to fall asleep as soon as i turn it of.
Answers: I have the same problem, I have to brush teeth or drink something before I can talk without clearing my throat. I smoke, do you? If so we are probably good canidates to QUIT. I also have a problem waking up but I have found a way to take advantage of this dry mouth problem and help me wake up.
I get something to drink, sit on sofa and watch something interesting so I won't go back to sleep. This way I wake up slowly and feel more ready to go about the day plus I don't have a dry mouth. The key to this is 'YOU HAVE TO GET UP WHEN THE ALARM GOES OFF AND DON'T GO BACK TO BED!!!!! Drag yourself to the kitchen for something to drink.
are you dehydrated? do you smoke?
you smoke too many ciggies and are a lazy bugger maybe!
what is the question?
maybe keep a glass of water next to your bed and take a drink right when you wake up. i don't know what to say about your eyes and the alarm though.
Sleep with the window open slightly or get a dehumidifier.
You obviously breathe through your open mouth when you sleep and get dehydrated.
Well, first it sounds like you could be a mouth breather if you're waking up with a dry mouth.
Also, do you know if you snore? Perhaps you have sleep apnea. This is a condition where you stop breathing several times during the night. It would explain why you are waking up so tired every morning. I would consult a doctor about it. They can have you observed to diagnose any problems you may have and then they can treat you. Good luck
Lethargy, can be caused by smoking and incorrect diet. It can be remedied fairly easy too. Try drinking fruit juices and going to bed earlier, and make sure you have a wind down period of about an hour before going to bed.
If you have central heating on in your room turn it off and leave a window open. You can get warm by adding more sheets. The dry air wont help. Maybe get your heating system checked out too, be safe.
Sleep well
Can you imagine not waking up? Wouldn't that suck?
Sounds like the bedroom is to warm open a window and turn radiators off
your sore throat could be cos you snore? or you smoke which could make ya snore! if you not getting enough rapid eye movement( REM) when you sleep you aren't actually getting enough sleep which could explain why you are so tired! snoring or conditions like sleep apneia can cause a break down in sleep patterns and can prevent you getting the deep sleep you need for REM sleep. In other words if ya snore try and find a cure or if ya smoke... quit! your doctor can help with sleep conditions if your worried!
Go to bed at night so you get a good nights sleep before you have to get up. Throw a halls in your mouth before you go to bed, that might help as well.
you poor sod.
a glass of water is a good help in the morning and try getting up the min the alarm goes off and not falling back to sleep. A few early nites mite be a good idea aswell?
You're a snorer!!
I think that you just may have morning blues. About your throat, keep something by the bed as you sleep so that you can wake up and have something to cool your throat. I usually buy the insulated cup from wawa or dunkin doughnuts, fill it with something sweet, like iced tea so that its cold all night. . And that usually helps me in the morning. Besides that put your alarm clock farther away. The 1st step is getting outta bed. If you have to physically get up to hit the snooze, you r already half way there! GOOD MORNING!
waking up takes practice. and a lot of practice!!
especially if you are a night owl like me.
about it being hard to talk/you might need some x-ttra help on this. so go see a doctor and explain this and he will help you.
Try going to sleep a bit earlier, sounds like you're not getting enough sleep! Maybe less time spent talking on your mobile or playing video games half the night. You probably need at least seven or eight hours sleep a night, try it, the result might surprise you! I'm in my 50's and still need eight hours minimum!
Waking up is hard.!!! is that it.!!!
Go earlier to bed and cut down on your smoking.!!!
