Why each teeth got a nerve ??
Question: when u get a pain in ur teeth sometimes the dentist decide to take it out or doing nerve treatment ... so why we get nerve from the begining under our teeth ... it should be for a good reason plzz i would like to know
Answers: The nerve in a tooth is a connective tissue with blood vessels and neural tissue.
As a tooth grows, it envelops this tissue. When we are young, the pulp is quite large and we are very sensitive to say, icecream. As we get older the pulp continues to put down layers of dentine and the pulp gradually gets smaller.
Dentally, once your teeth are fully formed, there is no need for the pulp anymore, and patients could have all the teeth RCTd if necessary (I can't imagine why!). You would probably lose some of the sensation of the temperature of your food.
Every tooth got a nerve because teeth are nervous!
Teeth are alive so they need nerves in the root.
same reason we have nerves everywhere else, so we can feel pain if there is a problem
If each tooth did not have a nerve, you would not know if it was sick and in need of attention from the dentist. It is like a warning system to save your teeth before you lose them as you can't get any more except fake ones.
don't ask why . just accept it. it's nature. that's how it's made.
