How do you brush your teeth w/ baking soda and peroxide??
Question: Do you dip the toothbrush head in the bottle of peroxide than the baking soda (or vice versa), then brush?
Answers: Yes . But you could all ways do the easy way of buying that special tooth past which only cost $4 or 5 and it makes you teeth go back to white . Its called avenues whiting . Turst me about this . I used it . And it really work but it takes a little time to get them back to white 2 or 3 months .
You can pour some peroixde in a small cup, dip it and then shake a little baking soda on the brush. You can also buy the tooth paste with the proixde and baking soda already in it. It taste better.
please do not use baking soda or powder brushing or peroxide for your teeth as the baking soda is like a sandpaper that you use to scrub the walls and stuff. I had used that and part of my tooth came off and I told my dentist and he had said use toothpaste that has peroxide and baking soda in it, but do not use the regular stuff as it will harm your teeth.
if you are doing this to whiten your teeth. I would say once in awhile not every day . You will scrub your teeth like cleanser on the bath tub finish.
Make a paste of the the BS and peroxide, brush as you normally would.
The BS is abrasive and will scrub your teeth, and the peroxide will bleach the surface... HOWEVER: DO NOT leave the paste on your teeth for more than 5 mins as the peroxide CAN burn your gums.
