I need to remove my braces wire. It is hurting my cheek. I have the rubber band braces.??
Question: It is imperitive that I remove it now. I do not have access to an orthodontist at the moment and the pain is unbearable.

dont remove them
take ibprofin to ease the pain and have some ice cream.
also put some wax on that area.
if you remove the wire you most likely will remove it so it damages something and you will have to have the braces on longer.
