My teeth are horrible??

Question: i got two cavities but i take good care of them and eat right!!!!!! why do i have them
Answers: try to floss twice a day and brush them right after you eat..
could be genetic.
do you floss everyday? i cant stress that enough!!! i never had a cavity until last year, i would only floss about once a week, also i had a baby, and studies show that might have something to do with weaker teeth.
do you brush properly? sometimes we dont know how to brush properly..ask your dentist..they can guide you.
soft enamel. ask you dentist to suggest the correct toothpaste and mouthwash. there are some out there that can help. but I say ask the dentist because if you use the wrong kind it can cause sensitivity.
Stop eating those sugar cubes!!
floss sista
Sometimes this stuff is genetic...I've done the same thing for years and there's always something wrong with one of my teeth. Then again, that could be how my dentist keeps me coming back...
brush and floss 2 or more times everyday
or u could have some diesel or something
because sometimes even after brushing and flossing.. foood gets trapped between our teeth.. thats why regual visits to the dentist are recommended.. atelast every 6 months
Heredity has some impact on the quality of your dental enamel. All you can do is take very good care of them and hope for the best.

Decay is caused by sugar. Bacteria eat this and the bi-product that they produce causes a cavity. The longer it is left un-treated the deeper and larger it will get. It is much better to drink a soda quickly than to sip on it for a few hours. This will allow sugar to sit on you teeth longer, causing decay. Dont go to bed with any sugar on your teeth. The sugar in the crevises will start causing a cavity. Two cavities is not bad. I have seen much worse. Just brush with a flouride toothpaste and get your teeth cleaned every 6 months. Go slow on the sugar. This includes anything from sodas to cookies, not just candy.
