Can you get braces on the back of your teeth??
Question: Hi i was wondering if you can strap the braces on the back of your teeth instead of the front?.
Thanks,Bye!
Answers: Yes, you can. They are called lingual braces. They are a little more difficult to place and adjust than regular braces, so they are not as common or popular as regular braces. You can do a Yahoo search for lingual braces to find some information about the availability in your area.
There is also Invisalign. A series of clear plastic trays that fit over your teeth gradually move your teeth into the correct position. You may have seen the ads on TV. www.invisalign.com
yeah you could do that.but thats for ho's.
Nope, they don't do that
Unless you get the invisiline, and still have to go on the front of the teeth.
The back isn't shaped correctly to do that successfully.
Cool idea - but it would be awfully painful, and would probably impair speaking more than if they are placed on the front of teeth.
yeah. but i hear that its more painful than the metal braces. they are harder for orthodontists to work on and i believe that they would cost more money.
its probably going to be more uncomfortable for your tougne.
Thanks,Bye!
