Answers: The best way is to use a combination of techniques. Crest Preminum Plus whitening strips work good, but can cause sensitivity. Dentists use hydrogen peroxide gel to bleach teeth. Toothpastes with hydrogen peroxide will aid in making your teeth shine. My recommendation is to use Arm & Hammer whitening toothpaste, Listerine whitening mouthwash with Crest Premium Plus strips during the day and Crest Night Effects at night to make your teeth shine their best.
