I have dentures are there any home remedies for whitening them??
Answers: my mum sticks hers in diluted bleach
have you grown all the permanent teeth? if yes their is a solution to it go see a dentist
You cannot whiten dentures any lighter then the original color of the dentures.
Dentures can get stained by tea, coffee, wine and cigarettes. If your dentures are looking dull, grayed or brownish you can use one of these denture cleaners to restore the original color, but it may be time get new dentures.
Dulux Brilliant White Gloss paint
buy peroxide, although v hard to get thee days. will whiten them up
there is no way u can whiten denture no matter how many products u tried if the stain have accumulated for years. they dont change color only the base change color like if your smoking , the nicotine stick to the base(the gum part) or coffee stain or the hard plaque. I suggest ask your dentist for a new denture or .. ask if they can do something abt it ( which they can but all of them , i guess will say no) they wil send it to the lab for repolishing ... But the best thing to do is get a new one if your denture is age old .
home remedies won't help i think but dentist will
Do not use bleach it will ruin the teeth. Use one of the denture tablets to remove stains from coffee or tea. But if you are looking for a whiter smile nothing can be used not even by the dentist to whiten them. You can darken artifical teeth but never lighten them.
I was told this by my ceramicist when choosing the color for my implant supported prosthesis. I chose the whitest color natural teeth come in. Teeth I was told should never be whiter than the whites of your eyes or they look artificial.
Try bicarbonate of soda! That is good for cleaning stains!
